At Contour Engineering we strive to achieve our brand promise of On Time- Zero Defects and we track that, we are constantly updating processes and procedures to help us hit our goal of 100% across the board, in a perfect world we would hit 100% every time but in life things can go wrong. We stand by our products and if there is an issue we have missed whether it be a surface finish issue or a tolerance issue, we will either fix or replace the part as quick as possible.

Roland Auret
Director
Roland is the founder and Managing Director of Contour Engineering and is responsible for the sales and operations of the company. Having gained extensive experience with high-end machining both in New Zealand and overseas, Roland found his niche with the precision engineering required for the aerospace and medical industries, which culminated in the creation of Contour Engineering.
Roland spends his free time exploring innovative concepts across multiple industry sectors and has a passion for high-performance cars.
Alan Guest
QC & Programming
Alan is a qualified Fitter Turner with over 30 years’ experience manufacturing for various engineering design workshops including extensive ‘Design for Manufacture’ experience in the Bio Medtech and electronics sector. As Contour’s Quality control and Programmer, Alan ensures our products ship ‘on time with zero defects’ .
Alan is also involved in managing, coaching, and playing paintball at an international, semi-pro competitive level.
Teresa McCallum
Innovation & Improvements Lead
Teresa’s city-wide innovation experience and organizational transformation skills sees her leading the charge in transforming Contour Engineering into a compact, lean, innovative manufacturing company.
