With more than 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing, Brandon brings deep expertise in CNC machining, programming, and advanced manufacturing processes. Starting his career hands-on in CNC machining, he progressed through operations management into senior leadership, where he’s successfully guided production teams and overseen complex projects across multiple industries.
Brandon has extensive knowledge of quality systems and is experienced in leading operations under ISO9001-certified frameworks. His strong foundation in CNC machining equips him with the technical insight to deliver innovative solutions, while his leadership style is focused on collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Under his direction, Contour continues to push boundaries in aerospace, aviation, medical technology, and advanced gimbal systems, earning a reputation for delivering precision parts others can’t. Shaun brings a wealth of hands on experience and industry knowledge to our team. With a background in Tool & Die Making for plastic injection moulding, Shaun spent many years honing his technical expertise before managing a plastic injection moulding company for five years.
After relocating to New Zealand, he successfully ran his own heating company for 15 years, further developing his leadership and operational skills. Shaun’s deep understanding of manufacturing processes, combined with his practical approach to problem solving, makes him an invaluable asset to our factory operations.
